Why it matters that vets own it
Care decisions made by carers, not accountants
When the people who own the business are the people who treat your pet, everything changes. Boarding kennels get medical-grade cleaning because a vet signs off on them. Groomers flag skin issues because a vet trained them what to look for. Prices stay honest because upselling treatments a pet doesn't need is exactly what we set out to end.
Since 2014 we've grown from one clinic into Dubai's all-under-one-roof pet care group — paperless since 2018, an IPATA member since 2021, named by Gulf News among the best places to board your pet in Dubai — but the owner you'll meet in the corridor is still a vet.
What we stand for
Five values, checked daily
"Animal welfare and transparency are the first two things we rely on to make any decision. We believe the happier and more educated our team is, the happier and healthier your pet is. Simply — we are doers, and we deliver excellence."
Vet-led standards in every department, not just the clinic.
Published prices, honest advice, no invented extras.
The first thing visitors mention. Walk in and see.
Premium care shouldn't be a luxury product.
Enrichment, patience and updates — like family, because they are.
